Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds apply to services and digital products purchased from Malaysia Marketing. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of our offerings
We provide professional services and digital products. Because work begins promptly and much of it cannot be returned once delivered, refunds are handled on the basis set out below rather than as automatic returns.
2. Services
For service engagements such as SEO, marketing, development and consulting:
- Deposits reserve our time and cover initial work, and are non-refundable once that work has started.
- If you cancel an ongoing engagement, you are charged for work performed and committed up to the cancellation date, and any unused prepaid balance for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion.
- We do not refund based on results, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control, but we will work in good faith to address legitimate concerns about the quality of delivered work.
3. Digital products and one-off purchases
For downloadable or instantly delivered digital products, all sales are final once access or delivery has been provided, except where the product is faulty or not as described. If a product is defective, contact us and we will repair, replace or, where that is not possible, refund it.
4. Subscriptions and recurring plans
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a period already paid, unless required by law.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund or raise a billing concern, contact us at support@malaysiamarketing.my or open a ticket through our Support Tickets page. Please include your order details and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
6. Processing approved refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
