The Central Market in Kuala Lumpur was built in 1888. Last December 2020, the Central Market was opened after the renovation. Now, it’s very calm in the market but I miss those days when the market is busy with many local and international tourists. Many businesses did not survive during the lockdown but there are also new start-up businesses who are optimistic and took over those shops left by previous tenants. We are hoping that in 2021, international tourists will come back.
