Fondly known as Viriya Appu, 65-year-old Viriya Raman has spent the past 14 years feeding around 100 stray dogs every evening in the Gombak area.
FMT Lifestyle recently spent a day with Viriya, starting in his kitchen at the Kampung Indian Settlement in Batu Caves, and following him to over 10 locations, where he ensured each dog had a full belly.
