One of the most successful UK boybands made their way to our shores this week! Blue officially took the stage last night (Friday, 10th February) at Plenary Hall, KL Convention Centre! Fans have been waiting for this exact moment for years since the members’ last visit back in 2019 and it’s safe to say that the boys did not disappoint.
Brought to you by HitmanSolutions and HappyMoonLive, the quartet kept the audience on their feet for most of the evening. Fans were definitely anything but blue throughout the night but one of the highlights of the KL show was when Duncan James made a very bold comparison.
@hypemalaysia Not to brag, but #Blue just told us that the Malaysian crowd in KL is much better than yesterday’s Singapore crowd. #DuncanJames #LeeRyan #AnthonyVaccarello #SimonWebbe #officialBlue

At one point during the concert, after performing some of their chart-topping songs such as “U Make Me Wanna”, and “If You Come Back”, the group took the time to speak to their fans, thanking them for their overwhelming support, and even boldly say that the crowd in Malaysia is so much better than the ones in Singapore!
“I’m just saying it as it so I want you to raise the roof so that everybody in Singapore can hear just how loud the KL audiences are!” said Duncan James while encouraging the fans to shout at the top of their lungs. With words like that coming from a Blue member, who can actually disagree? Sorry, Singapore but it looks like we win this round!
The vocal group kept the energy going by serving vocals, performing covers, a medley of some of their hits, and introducing some new songs from their latest album “Heart & Soul”. Blue appropriately ended the night with songs that everybody in the room has been waiting for; “All Rise” and “One Love”!
After more than 2 decades in the music industry, the British heartthrobs reminded everyone that they still got it. We’re looking forward to their next visit in the future!
