Uganda Digital Currency: Country explore implementation of a Central Bank Digital Currency
Uganda’s Central Bank is executing plans to explore, pilot, and possibly implement a Digital Currency. As Michael Baleke reports from Kampala, plans are also underway to revise Uganda’s financial laws to enable the adoption of a CBDC.
