The Malaysia International Agricommodity Expo and Summit (MIACES) was successfully organised from 26 – 28 July 2022 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur. MIACES, Malaysia’s premier agricommodity expo was organised by the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities (MPIC) and co-organised by its three councils, namely Malaysian Rubber Council (MRC), Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC) and Malaysian Timber Council (MTC). The show gathered more than 10,000 visitors and 350 companies from 39 countries during its three-day event. YAB Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri bin Yaakob officiated the opening ceremony together with YB Datuk Hajah Zuraida Kamaruddin, Minister of MPIC on 26 July 2022.
As the event’s co-organiser, MRC has an attractive promotional booth in MIACES exhibition hall which showcased a wide variety of rubber products from different sectors and highlighted the services offered by MRC. Latex painting demonstrated by a professional artist at MRC booth has attracted the visitors to explore more about green rubber material.
