At Lafite: A Culinary Masterpiece
From 24th to 25th November 2023, Lafite will present a special 5-course Waterfall Tasting Menu curated by Chef Simone Loisi. This meticulously crafted menu will showcase a vibrant array of his hometown specialties, handmade pastas, and delectable main courses.
The culinary journey begins with a delightful amuse-bouche, Focaccina Salmone e Mascarpone, followed by mains where you can choose between the creamy Burrata Pugliese, or the savoury Parmigiana Di Melanzane. The menu also offers the option of indulging in Zuppa/Vellutata Di Astice, Lobster Soup, Risotto Parmigiano e Tartufo, Pappardelle alla Romana, Branzino alla Griglia and Tagliata di Manzo. For dessert, enjoy the classic Tiramisu or refreshing Panna Cotta.
The Waterfall tasting set dinner is priced at RM350 nett per person, and is available beginning 7pm.

On t26th November, 2023, the Lemon Garden Sunday Buffet Brunch will feature the very best of Italian culinary delights.
