A video clip is making the rounds showing an argument at the annual meeting of a PKR division in Kuala Selangor.
PETALING JAYA: A police report has been lodged over a commotion that occurred during the annual meeting of the PKR Kuala Selangor division yesterday.
The division’s secretary, Vikneswar Krishna Moorthy, who lodged the report at the Bestari Jaya police station, said a group of people led by three people, including a Selangor PKR Youth leader, had kicked up a fuss.
However Vikneswar did not reveal what the heated argument was about. A video clip of the argument is making rounds on social media.
Vikneswar said he attempted to reason with the group to resolve the dispute, but found them uncooperative.
Separately, Thiban Subbramaniam, the PKR Kuala Selangor chief, said he would also be lodging a police report over the commotion and one against “Edisi Siasat”, which had published the video of the incident.
Thiban said the annual meeting would be the last one before the party elections in April and March.
