There’s an ongoing commotion in the service industry, and it’s all thanks to this notorious and irate customer. According to a local beautician, this customer attempted to cheat her of her money, and threatened to sue her. However, there seems to be more to this customer than meets the eye.

The beautician recently shared her encounter with this customer, claiming she hadn’t paid for the services provided, and was alleging the beautician had injured her. Yet, the customer has not won any sympathy from netizens, especially after it was discovered this wasn’t the first time she had pulled this ploy.

On 27th January, the beautician took to her Facebook to rant about what had happened with this customer. Allegedly she had already done a mouth tattoo and eyelash extensions for the customer when she asked to only pay RM240, half of what she owed. Feeling uneasy, the beautician suggested her sister pay for her only to be told her sister did not have any money either.

After rejecting all other suggestions, the customer started complaining that her lips were swollen from the tattoo, even insinuating it was because she had done the job with a used needle. The beautician insisted it was normal for a mouth tattoo but the customer asked her to cover her medical expenses and threatened to sue her.

Despite the shop’s owner attempting to settling things amicably with the customer, the customer reportedly continued to act up by refusing to leave, messing with things at the store and harassing the store via calls. “This is the first time in my life I’ve met such a customer,” the beautician said. “Avoid her if you can.

The lady later attempted to make her own case on the internet by sharing her side of the story. She alleged the beautician who attended to her was a novice, that the tattoo did not meet her specifications and that her lips had gotten infected from the tattoo job. She also claimed she was being kind by not suing the beautician.

The customer then released a letter she had gotten after seeing a doctor from a clinic in Kota Damansara for her swollen lips. She continued to claim she was the victim, alleging that the doctor had told her to go to a specialist for treatment. But according to netizens, the letter apparently said otherwise.

Supposedly, the latter detailed that she was physically healthy aside from her swollen, itchy lips, and that she had a history of getting Botox injections for her lips. It also stated that she was unwilling to undergo a blood test but had requested for antibiotics. The letter contained a request from the doctor, asking a hospital to examine her. Netizens suspected the doctor had only written the letter to appease her.

The beautician later told China Press that the lady had already planned to avoid paying as she had asked strange questions prior to the appointment. Apparently, she had asked whether the business was legitimate and had an SSM certificate, and how she should sue if something went wrong with the procedure. The beautician said the found the questions odd but didn’t connect the dots till later.

As it turns out, this was not the first time this customer had attempted her wild antics. Reportedly, she was notorious for evading the bill from other stores as well be it by claiming dissatisfaction with their services or wheedling for discounts. She has also apparently made 37 complaints to the police and once peed in front of an officer as she was affronted she had been seen as a suspect.

Well, her actions seem to have far-reaching consequences as she’s already had one appointment cancelled by an eyelash artist. Netizens are also advising others to blacklist her to avoid the drama. Hopefully, the customer will be able to resolve things peacefully soon.
