Getting cheated on is a painful thing to accept, even more so when the cheating happens during a vulnerable moment. This local woman took to Facebook to detail her husband’s infidelity with a Thai woman when she was alone in the hospital due to complications with her pregnancy.
In her Facebook post, Jing Wong wrote about her husband, “We lived together in Singapore for nearly eight years. In 2022, he changed.” Jing revealed that her husband was actually cheating on her and was also flying to Thailand multiple times to meet with this mistress. At one point, the man even brought his mistress to Ipoh, Perak and Genting Highlands for vacation.

Jing painfully revealed that her husband was even cheating when she had to move out of Singapore by herself despite being heavily pregnant. In another incident, she admitted herself to the hospital due to pregnancy complications and even had surgery without him because he claimed to be busy. She wrote, “He didn’t care whether I live or die.” The woman said her husband did briefly visit her after she gave birth but was absent during her confinement period.
After her month-long confinement ended, a friend sent Jing a photo of her husband and the mistress in Thailand. That was when she realised her husband was cheating. Shockingly, when she confronted him, the man openly admitted to cheating and said he did nothing wrong to apologise to her. According to another post, the cheating began not long after the couple registered for their marriage in June 2022. Jing, who found out she was pregnant in March 2022, went forward with the marriage, even without a proper ceremony.

However, she was shocked that after exposing him for cheating and asking for a divorce, her husband demanded a DNA test for their child because he was unsatisfied that she wanted to change the baby’s surname to hers. After proving that the baby was indeed her husband’s, the woman claimed the man still did not allow her to change the child’s surname or get a divorce. In addition to cheating on her, the woman revealed that her husband had also borrowed over SGD23,000 (approximately RM80,900) throughout their relationship. She now demands he pay her back, including the DNA testing fees.
On her Facebook, Jing shared several photos of her husband and his mistress, as well as screenshots of their conversation when she was in the hospital. After sharing her story, Jing received overwhelming support from friends and netizens. Many of them had encouraged her to sue her husband for everything he did to her, hoping she would receive the appropriate compensation for what she went through.

We can’t begin to fathom how much pain Jing went through for over a year, but we hope she can settle this issue with her husband in an amicable way.
