The new OpenMinds™ Resources headquarters is a bold expression of sophisticated aesthetic and refined approach to design. The interior design of the office creates a stress-free workspace that reflects the young, energetic, and vibrant occupants. Given the original layout of the unit, numerous walls were knocked down to bring the feeling of spaciousness and to let natural light illuminate the entire office, unimpeded by walls and other barriers. The design’s bold gestures implement the use of windows and glass wall across the office to achieve the concept of a bright and transparent workspace. The design approaches the layout of the space from a distinct angle – by creating a variety of collaborative and private work zones that maximise efficiency without sacrificing personal space. Complementing the open office are a variety of spaces such as a large workspace area accommodating up to 30 people, meeting rooms, informal meeting spaces, booths and ‘Open Fields’ – an available space for conducting workshops and training.
