The main objective of our project One Step Forward is to increase and empower more of the students voice and help them to improve their confidence level to share about their own ideas and opinions and to always put the I can mindset in every students. In One Step Forward, 5 student mentors mentored other school students to identify school problems and to design solutions around the problems like bullying and vandalism in scho using Design For Change’s FIDS (Feel, Imagine, Do and Share) model.
