Are you like others properties agent , simply blasting your project or ads on different facebook groups, and hope that people will like , share or contact you?
Well , it does not works that way , you need to have a better strategy.

So, facebook groups like this , this and this , people are randomly blasting their ads on these groups .these does not works anymore .You need to have a better strategy.

The free tool that we are going to use is called google trends.
With this tools , you not only able to know who is looking for a specific property but also what are others related property that this group of people are looking for.

Now lets dive in.
This project 121 Residences is a project by glomac , it is located at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Now , if you are a agent for this project , I am sure that you will be blasting all your ads on Selangor and also KL area.And that is based of your own perception .As a business owner , whatever we do , it needs to be supported by numbers.
Lets look at google trends.
Yes you are right if you blasting your ads on these 2 places,kl and Selangor.
Based on google trends , the demand for 121 residence are much more higher on KL and lesser on Selangor.This means that people in KL are looking at this property more than in Selangor.
Next lets look at another project.
Ilham Residence City Of Elmina, Shah Alam, Selangor. The most common sense of way to advertise your ads is to shah alam and Selangor area. Lets check how accurate is your common sense.
Based on google trends , KL and Selangor area has a super hight demand for this project. If you only blast on Selangor , you are missing a big piece which is KL.So , if you are doing facebook ads , make sure you are targeting KL as well.
Last but not least , a fairly new project Estuari Gardens by Estuari Project in johor. Well , I am sure the most common sense for agent to blast this ads is to the johorian .
Now , lets look at the stats.
So , based on google trends , yes Johor has the highest demands for this project , but KL does have a significant numbers of people are looking at buying this project as well .
So , you are one of the agent of selling this project , please blast your ads on KL related facebook group and also include KL location when you are doing your facebook ads marketing.
