iQOO has officially unveiled the Z10 series in India, the follow up to last year’s Z9 mid-range lineup. The series is made up of a vanilla model as well as a more affordable Z10x, offering some of the largest battery capacities commercially available in smartphones.
To start with, the Z10 features a 6.77-inch quad-curved 1080p AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a peak global brightness of 1,500 nits, and a peak HDR brightness of 5,000 nits. Under the hood, it packs a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset with support for Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2.
Photography-wise, the mid-ranger is fitted with a 50MP main camera with OIS, a depth sensor, and a 32MP front shooter. Powering it is an astonishingly massive 7,300mAh battery with support for 90W charging.
On the other side, there is the Z10x with a 6.72-inch 1080p LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a global peak brightness of 1,050 nits. Inside, it sports a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC with upgraded connectivity including support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4.
For imaging, it is equipped with a 50MP main camera and a depth sensor on the back, while the front houses an 8MP selfie snapper. Backing the affordable device is a 6,500mAh cell with support for 44W charging.
The iQOO Z10 gets a starting price of INR21,999 (~RM1,132) while the Z10x retails from INR13,499 (~RM695). There is no global launch date yet and it is unknown if the global version will be released with different specs like its predecessor.
