About the Project
High Park Suites Common Areas is one of the company’s latest endeavours – the team was required to push boundaries while designing the public common areas that seamlessly integrates an urban home-living lifestyle with business and leisure. The design called for a flexible and considered transformation of common areas for residents or short-stay visitors to use as an extension of their home and to ensure a holistic approach to urban living. The common areas are more than sustainable spaces for the urban generation, including small families, Gen Y and young professionals.
Using an interplay of bold lightings, textures, space planning and colors the design emphasized on creating focal points and integrating landscape to create a seamless indoor-outdoor ambience. Merging aesthetics and programs and combining cozy nooks with multi-functional rooms with varying degree of privacy the team created an internal sustainable community living.
The team had successfully consolidated client requirements and showcased how modern design and function can enhance people’s lifestyle and wellbeing.
