9. Proceed order if you’re satisfied with the sample or photos and videos
10. Pay only through the payment link
11. Use online banking, avoid using credit card
12. Keep track of your order
13. Upon arrival, you have 14 days from the ship out date to do quality control
14. If any defect more than agreed or missing units, request refund or open dispute
