Gomez did not touch on agency chief’s alleged misconduct in emails

Edmund Terence Gomez did not raise the alleged misconduct by MACC chief commissioner Azam Baki in two of his emails sent to the anti-graft agency’s Consultation and Corruption Prevention Panel prior to his resignation as a member of the panel.
