Ramesh founded and created theResidenz, an integrated residential software targeted at the high-end residential sector (high-end condominiums, serviced apartments and gated communities) to connect residents, management office and security via cloud. He pitched the idea to over 30 property managers of JL Facilities Management (Property Management Company) at a Managers Conference in Bukit Tinggi. He collaborated with Favourite Technologies Sdn Bhd, an associate company of KL Facilities Management to market the software to all properties managed by JLFM.
