Police have proposed that suspects in a bullying case at Malay College Kuala Kangsar (MCKK) in Perak should be charged for their crimes in court.
According to Perak police chief Yusri Hassan Basri, the suggestion was made by the state police when they submitted the case investigation paper to the Attorney-General’s Chambers last week.
He told Malaysiakini that police resubmitted the paper after they obtained a full medical report from the Kuala Kangsar Hospital.
