Alleged AMD Radeon RX 9000M Series Laptop GPUs Leaks

Alleged specifications of an AMD Radeon RX 9000M Series discrete graphics for laptops have seemingly appeared. This marks the first time that any mention of RDNA4 for the mobile sector has come to light, and with a list of products to boot.

Details of the alleged 9000M Series was first posted on X by All The Watts!!. In total, they listed down six GPU SKUs that are expected to be heading towards laptops: the 9080M, 9070M XT, 9070M, 9070S, 9060M, and 9060S.

Interestingly, All The Watts!! also included the alleged number of RDNA4 Compute Units for each one. The 9080M will supposedly be rocking 64 CUs, the 9070M XT with 48 CUs; both the 9070M and 9070S with 32 CUs; and the 9060M and 9060S with 28 CUs.

Additionally, the top-two 9000M Series dGPUs on the list will supposedly come with 16GB and 12GB of what we can assume is GDDR6 graphics memory, while the remaining four SKUs will ship out with 8GB.

This is still just an unsubstantiated rumour so, as always, it would be wise to take whatever All The Watts!! is saying as nothing more than the gossiping of old aunties until such a time when AMD makes it official. That being said, AMD will be hosting a press conference at Computex 2025, and it is expected to be making a huge announcement of its gaming lineup. So, maybe we’ll hear more about its plans for its RDNA4 lineup then.
